Do you want to make more effective decisions and better influence others in your work?

This collaborative workshop will delve into two fundamental concepts that will allow you to strengthen your awareness and approaches to decision making, better communicate with and influence others, and improve on-farm operations.

The workshop will cover:
 Decision making – what is a decision, types of decisions and approaches
 People – beliefs & values, personality types and working with different personalities
 Pulling these fundamentals of farm management together to operate more effectively.

This free workshop will be held in Lockington and is open to young people and new entrants (18 to 40 year olds) working in agriculture. This is a great opportunity to network with other young people involved or interested in agriculture.
